Blacklung and Back Home both recieve regular air play on bluegrass radio shows all over the Country. Special release Banjo Hurricane can be heard on Whay 98 in Whitley City, Kentucky. Back Home has also been played on the radio in Ireland and England.

The Flint Ridge Millers are from Somerset, Kentucky. Kentucky is the birthplace of Bluegrass music and the same goes for every member or the band. Although they all grew up with diffrent musical backgrounds which consist of Rock, Contry, Punk, Folk and Classical music. They happenend upon one another at the perfect time in their lives to make quality music together. The Millers formed and began performing all over Kentucky and surrounding states. They have played small venues and large venues, to twenty people and to two thousand people. They've headlined shows in Atlanta, Georgia, Nashville, Tennesse, Cincinnati, Ohio and countless others all around the Eastern side of the United States.
It is nothing for them to cover a Bill Monroe tune and follow it up with a song by the Grateful Dead. They prove they can play to all ages and events whether it be an adult crowd in a bar, or the family atmosphere of a park or fund raiser. This group is child friendly and deep rooted in family and community.
If you hear these boys play for any length of time at all, you will definitely hear something you like and recognize. If you talk to them you will find you will like them and recognize a genuine friendliness also. Their music is not far from their true selves, friends who enjoy making good music together and want to share it with everyone else.
