Bio
Mary Walenta, Virgil Walenta, and Stephen Harrington, initially started a hardcore/rock group in 2005 called Scene of the Escape. After 1 year with over 70 local shows, playing with the likes of The Jonbenet, Buxton, Hollywood Black, and other Houston Local favorites, they called it quits. In early 2009, they reunited and added bassist/The Western Civilization frontwoman Rachel Hansbro.
They have now come together with a melodic, yet abrasive sound, that could be compared with: Modest Mouse, ...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of the Dead, Brand New, and several other rock bands.
