The Galactic Address

The Galactic Address is a hybrid of Texas musicians from other bands which consists of five members. All five are very true in the essence of songwriting and being capable of delivering a unique sound while maintaining on the forefront in rock. They have blended different forms of rock, metal, and alternative to what is known the TGA sound! Songs such as “Letter from James” starting the track with crunching rock riffs accompanied by lush keys as it twists into a bridge that encompasses of pure metal. Alternative seems to be a favorite genre in the mist of the five member group with tracks such as “Moth”, “Dropped Flies”, and “My name is Victory”.
They have just finished their debut EP entitled “Sagittarius Prison” on April 27, 2007 which will be available on I-tunes and Digital Stores this June of 2007. TGA has unfolded within the right time in this digital age and era of ever changing music and/or music hybrids. Fronted by main songwriter Joseph Garcia (Vocals/Guitar) with co-songwriters Larry Botello (Drums) and Alex Lozano (Bass), they have stretched their studio effort since November 2006. Completing the band was not an easy task but it was rightfully so done in February of 2007 with Chris Davila AKA ELITE (Keys and Backup Vocals) and Jonathan Dancuase (Guitar).
They are currently performing regionally and routing their Midwest/East Coast tour in August. However, they will be writing a handful of catchy numbers for their upcoming full length release that will be due by spring of 2008. They will be recording with a fresh producer in Miami, Florida this fall of 2007. So keep an eye out for TGA and spread their sound immensely!
