The Gear

Meeting on vacant street corners, hanging in smoky coffee houses, The Gear began writing songs over a perpetually half-full glass of wine in 2006. After playing Kinks covers in coffee houses, Ray and Jim teamed up to write songs. It came easy enough; so much so that they brought in their friend Jake to play bass and also had a slew of songs in need of rock and roll. The Gear was formed, and recorded the first 11 of those songs on their first CD, "The Gear"
