The Get Down Boys

G Wayne (29) and Young Future (15) are lyrical masters hailing from Saint Louis, Missouri. This duo knows how to command and move any size crowd they are placed in front of. At an early age G Wayne fell in love with being able to express himself through the ability of writing. But due to the influence of bad crowds G soon got pulled to the "dark side" of the streets. At age 15 G found himself close to death in an awful car accident which rendered him in the hospital for an extended stay. Three surgeries later G made a decision to change the crowd he frequent with and turned his focus fully on the Rap game. He joined a group by the name of State Of Misery and worked on his skills concerning writing and showmanship.

Watching his Uncle G writing and doing shows, Young Future caught the bug to rap and at the tender age of 6 delivered his first rhyme. Young Future developed a group and several shows before dissolving. As fate would have it, Young Future and G Wayne teamed up and became The Get Down Boys and they are on a mission. With hard work and complete determination they inked a deal with Mid West Flawless Entertainment June 2008 and Futuristic G Thang is slated to hit the streets April 3, 2009.
