"2004 Midpoint Music Festival (Jefferson Hall)"

It's not often that a Hard Pop group puts you in mind of Crowded House. Musically strong with familiar-sounding but not derivative vocals...from slower, more contemplative numbers to high-energy Rock without grinding gears. From chill out to rock out, they have it covered.

Dig It: Crowded House, a less glammy Poison, a lingering sense of déjà vu (DJ)

Evocative lyrics give The Glowbots a distinctive texture which separates them from the background of today's music scene. The Glowbots, through time, have matured and evolved as a band. Once called Remedy, the band opened for Sugar Ray and played at the 2004 Midpoint Music Festival. The band recorded their cd, "East of Ordinary" with music producer, Chris Schmidt of Shepherd Pie Studios. Chris was credited with recording such bands as, Buckra and Bluf.
The band decided to part ways the summer of 2004 but rejoined in late 2007, forming the Glowbots with a revived and lucid energy.
