Dwayne Gobin was only 2 or 3 when it was obvious he had a passion for music.but, even as a young child his true passion was for Jesus Christ.Dwayne wrote his first song at the age of 10 and it was about Jesus, He never stopped. writing songs and poetry came so natural to him. Dwayne is a published poet in England and a notable song writer in the U.S.
Dwayne did go through a time when he wonderd away from God . As a teen growing up in Kansas he fell pretty low , becomming adicted to drugs and alchohol. He hit bottom! Dwayne knew there was only one way out, and that was Jesus. Dwayne gave his life back to the Lord and made a lot of learning misteaks. But he never turned back again!
Jesus called Dwayne to preach . Dwayne didnt want to live his life alone but couldnt find the one woman he knew God had put here for him till one day through his song writing he met the one. When he first heard her voice on the phone, never even seeing this woman, he knew her. and thats when he met Lisa.......
LisaGobin, born Lisa Davis had been singing proffessionally since she was 12. working with band and many big names in country music, even cutting her own albums in the mid 80's and early 90's. Lisa had been raised loving God, but had walked away from family and everything good she had known in her life for a chance at fame and stardome. Lisa also became adicted to alchohol and later pain pills for a disability with her neck and back. Lisa , nearly loosing her life several times knew she wanted more and she wanted to live. in 1998 Lisa gave up the life style she was living and gave her life to Jesus, who saved her and blessed her with the love she had looked for all her life. Gods Love, and she met her husband on a telephone.......she knew it was him! the man she had always seen in her dreams but never knew.....
