The Groopies

The Groopies are a force to be reckoned with. Hailing from the innards of suburban Ontario, this three piece rock act has a lot to offer. Their live shows are jaw dropping. Their stage presence is one of a true rock and roll band. As well, your not sure what your going to hear because they are so flexable and have such a large catolauge of original and cover material. And as far as their songs go, theres a huge variety of different styles and influences and it makes it really hard to pin-point what genre the band would fall under. Another interesting thing about this band, is that they do a lot of charity work for different organizations. There is a constant flow of fundraising and food driving coming out of these hard working guys. They are convinced they are going to save the world and get the girl, always. The Groopies have played a lot of shows in Toronto, gaining lots of respect from both fans and other artists for their ability to make everything work. They can only be described as a true ROCK AND ROLL BAND. They have also managed to create a "buzz" and have a secure fan base. These songs posted here are taken from the ep UNDERGROUND.
