Bio

The boys from The Happy Endings originally hail from Perth and formed as a side-project in Melbourne in 2006. From
the first jam, it quickly became clear that this was much more than just a side-project and not your ordinary, run-of-mill,
independent Australian rock band.

From their self-titled debut album, The Happy Endings launched an 84 date Australian national tour that took in
Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, and almost everywhere in between.

Following the success of the Australian tour, the lads went straight back into the studio to cut their explosive follow up
single ‘Control’. The Happy Endings launched ‘Control’ with a run of international tour dates in July/August 2009,
including European Festivals alongside the likes of Moby, The Ting Tings, James Blunt and Pete Doherty and a show at
iconic L.A. venue, The Viper Room, before returning to renown Sing Sing Studios in Melbourne (Australia) determined to take the next step
towards international success.

With rotation on top Australian radio stations Triple J, Nova FM, and Triple R as well as interviews and music videos on Channel V, RAGE, Foxtel, J-TV and many more, The Happy Endings upcoming 2nd major release, "Greatest View From Alcatraz" is eagerly anticipated. The first single from the release, "Rehab", is being launched on Saturday November 26th, 2010.
