The Harlem GospeLive Revue an amazing Gospel Revue featuring New York’s most talented Gospel Singers. The Show takes you on a journey through the evolution of African American Gospel Music in a full Cabaret high-energy style show. Finally Gospel has met Madison Avenue and takes you into the realm of revue.
Under the Artistic Direction of Producer Maurice Lynch. The Cast has been performing together since 2002. The Revue features campy electrifying soloist, rich harmonies and warm southern a cappella numbers. Performing “ The Style Of Gospel” singing Traditional, Spirituals, Contemporary incorporating R&B and Jazz. This rich cast of singers have performed throughout America, Europe and Asia. The Harlem GospeLive Revue originally premiered at the Blue Note in New York City.
The Revue has appeared many New York and worldwide venues including; The Blue Note in New York City, Birdland Jazz Club, Cambridge Jazz Festival, Festival De Gospel Geneva, Switzerland, JVC Jazz Festival, The Box Cabaret Supper Club in NYC. The Riverside Theatre, The New York Family Arts Festival.
But don’t let these classy singers fool you. You will enjoy a hand clapping, foot tapping, shouting good time, that will have the audience on their feet.
