Bio

The Heroes is an organization of high-caliber artists, producers, and songwriters whose aim is to develop and consult artists, and create music that is both distinct and revolutionary. Our vision is to create a unique sound that is trendless, timeless, and boundless. We aspire to capture the minds of a universal audience in a way that is mentally stimulating, captivating, and uplifting.

It’s not just the original sound that makes The Heroes unique; it’s the emphasis on creating music that fearlessly and defiantly transcends musical boundaries. For too long the music industry has released music that is unfavorable to the listener. The industry needs a group of individuals with the courage to stand up and move with the rhythm of the people…the industry needs… Heroes!

Wally West

Born just west of Chicago in Maywood, Illinois, Donald Wynton Montgomery, aka Wally West, was destined to bring a sound to the world that would swiftly bring him notoriety. He was given his first keyboard at the age of 2, thus promptly solidifying is love for music composition at an early age. Moving 9 times before finding a firm foundation in Atlanta, Georgia, his rapidly growing talent was inspired by such artists as Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men and other legends of R&B and Soul.

Fast forwarding… After 12 years of piano and studio production experience, his mission in life rapidly approached. The Heroes, a high-powered production group, stood eminently on the horizon.

With the ability to move faster than the speed of sound, Wally West, aka The Flash, is synonymous with Wynton’s quick-witted production capabilities, and aptness to advance beyond musical trends.

“We create more than just music. We create emotions. We create feelings. We create a way of life.” – Wynton Montgomery, aka Wally West

Mister Xavier

Jamieson Xavier Jones, a.k.a. Mister Xavier, was born and raised a down South Georgia boy. He grew up listening to musical legends like Outkast, U2, Daft Punk and UGK. He acquired a love for music at a very young age and came into music production in his teenage years.

He formed The Heroes Music Group alongside Wynton Montgomery due to a lack of revolutionary, inspiring production in mainstream music. Mister Xavier realized that artist and producers at times shied away from the creativity and risk taking that continuously challenged their listeners.

Jamieson chose the heroic X-Men character, Charles Francis (Professor Xavier) as an analogy for his desire to connect to listeners on a mental plane. As an artist, he sets out to change conforming mindset with his voice as well as his lyricism.

That One

Stephen, aka That One, has spent years fine-tuning his craft in preparation for a musical revolution.

At age 16 he and accomplished Atlanta rapper, Bobby Ray, started a group called The Klinic. In 2003, he joined Skitzo Productions where he co-produced “Cookie Man” by then-unsigned Citi Boy of Slip N Slide Records.

In 2008, Stephen penned the chorus to T.I.’s “Top of the World featuring Ludacris and Bobby Ray from T.I.’s sixth studio album, Paper Trail. Having already made significant progress in the music industry, Stephen joined The Heroes in 2009 – and he’s been saving the game ever since.

Beast

Chinny Kanayo Eto, aka Beast, offers a unique brand of lyricism that exemplifies the intelligence of his alias. A prolific writer; his body of work precedes him. “I want to put positivity back into the music being pushed by labels,” Chinny states. “Inspirational stories like mine have taken a backseat for too long.”

Not only does he understand that The Heroes must utilize an unorthodox approach to permeate today’s music industry and successfully resurrect good music; he’s up to the task.

“My work will encourage real artists to regain control of the industry.” – Chinny Kanayo Eto, aka Beast

Norrin Rad

Norrin Radd is the real name of the silver surfer. Norrin Radd represents epicness, raw emotional power, and the “super” cool educated. Thus, it is only fitting that a producer whose music is an intrinsic part of his spirit, and who hails from the sandy beaches of Hawaii, would choose the Silver Surfer as his Alias.

“I wish to make only the most original pieces of music, filled with emotional motives that every listener can relate to. I wish to impact the music industry by setting a new bar for compositions, each conveying a story of heartbreak, triumph and all of the human emotions in-between. I want to help The Heroes gain the best quality sound and best emotional connection to the listener. If every track doesn’t contain that X-factor that makes you live the music…then I don’t want any part of it.”

– Billy Kihei, aka Norrin Radd
