"Martini Blues Country Review"

Martini Blues Country Revue – March 26,2004

Bradley C. Williams met his destiny at Martini Blues in Huntington Beach, Friday March 26. 2004. Bradley and his back up band debuted four of his original songs and covered three others. He’s been preparing his whole life to sing his songs for others to enjoy. And we did enjoy them. From the beginning, Bradley’s performance had energy and charisma. He’s the real deal singing songs he’s written from his life and heart. The music ranged from energetic (Honky Tonk Prophet), humorous (In, Out, Gone) to the poignant (Fade Away), and sensitive (Contented Man). That’s quite a range of talent and emotion in a half hour set. Imagine what a whole concert will be like. Friday, March 26, 2004 was significant in the life of Bradley, country music and fans. Put it on your calendar. It’s all leading up to something.

...Rarely do I comment on an opening band, but in the case of Bradley C Williams and The Honky-tonk Prophets I must make an exception. I liked them. They came out strong and never let up. The songs were different, not exactly country, not exactly pop but original and fresh none the less.
