Adam Braverman - guitars

Adam is a guitar player, singer, songwriter and one of the driving forces behind The Hooks’ sound. Born and raised on the North Shore, Adam has been playing guitar since high school and performing with bands for over 15 years. Despite moving around a lot after high school, Adam has never failed to make music wherever life takes him, playing solo and with bands in places as diverse as Chicago, DC, California, and as far away as Taiwan. Adam brings an eclectic mix of skills and musical influences to The Hooks’ music both with his original material and his collaborative efforts with the rest of the band. Although he loves writing, his true passion is performance. Adam hopes that no matter where his career or his life take him, he can continue to make music and share it with others.

Ashish Davé - bass guitar

Ash is a pocket bass player from Skokie, IL who prides himself on his deep grooves and rhythmic bass lines. His low end provides the anchor for The Hooks’ rocking melodies and heartfelt soul. Ash has been playing music and singing since he was young. He attributes much of his talent to his mother, an established singer of Indian classical music, who encouraged him to embrace music and all that it has to offer. Ash continues to further his technique and refine his sound with the help of various mentors who have helped to fuel Ash's deep passion for the bass. If you know Ash then you know what he’s about: cold beers and sharing good times and good music with great friends.

Miles Fox - percussion, vocals

Miles was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where at the age of ten his interest in music led him to play clarinet and saxophone for his school jazz band. In high school his interests expanded from jazz to big band, and finally to rock where he realized he had a natural talent for percussion. As Miles transitioned from high school to college, he dedicated himself to learning the drums, devoting his musical efforts to perfecting his technique both in his university's jazz ensemble as well as on the alternative music scene with his band, Kronic Obsession. With influences as diverse as his background, Miles continues to channel his energy through the drums, constantly striving to improve as an artist and a showman. Along with his band mates, he is dedicated to creating and enjoying awesome music with the rest of Chicago land.

Chris Losacco - lead vocals

Chris got his start playing guitar at age 14 and quickly began trying to learn all he could about music. Finding himself drawn to rock and blues, Chris began singing to focus on his solo material and quickly developed his powerful yet dynamic style. With more than a decade of experience and contributions to countless projects, he draws from numerous musical influences. Chris has a passion for performance and brings an updated rock element to the Hooks. He prides himself on his ability to control his dynamics.
