The Hotness currently has one self released EP entitled "Hi-Life", available on both CD and Vinyl LP. Our new "Disco Builders EP" is scheduled to come out on Aniligital Music in the second half of 2009.

Our band's earliest manifestation was through Tal M. Klein's initial collaboration with Hillary Hightower and AJ Potter on the song "Don't" for his 2004 released "Alpha-Beats" album. In 2005, with JB on bass, we began performing live as The Hotness.

What's unique about our band is that our approach to pop music come from a multitude of directions. Hilly's R&B roots, Tal's DJ-centric Hip Hop and Electronica background, AJ's classical guitar training, and JB's success in the underground punk scene all came together hollistically to create our sound. While our songs are catchy, our lyrics are poignant and emotive of difference paces in life.

We love living in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we bring that flavor with us wherever we go, whether on tour or locally.
