The Hounds Below, is a new band formed by Jason Stollsteimer of the Von Bondies. Along with Ben Collins on guitar, Ben Luckett on drums, and Gion Gjavelini on bass, the Hounds Below have a distinct sound that is captured in every reverberating note - think Roy Orbison meets Arcade Fire.
The genre-defying songs transition effortlessly through styles. From the extremely poppy, 'Hey Kids,' to the hauntingly beautiful, 'Cumberland's Crumblin', each song showcases Stollsteimer's solid song-writing and wide-ranged vocals. Look for new recordings this spring.
