"The Innocent" is headed by Michael Hardey, a talented, up and coming singer/songwriter from Chicago, IL. Hardey has burst onto the Chicago music scene in a big way with his debut solo effort, "The Innocent EP" (debuting in the CMJ Top 200 charts). The live shows (which have been compared to Elliot Smith and Paul Westerberg) are unforgettable; full band, bleeding heartfelt melodies and catchy hooks, or intimately solo acoustic. The Innocent has brought in large draws at some of Chicago and the Midwest's most popular venues.
