"95.5 Rock Hunt Review"

Next up were the pop-punk group The Intel, a group that merges the
elements of wackiness and teeny-bopper friendly melodies. The vocals
erupted throughout Lupo’s as their emotional charge sped through the
crowd. Despite their self-described distaste for gimmicks, two vagrants
joined them on stage—one dressed as a taco and the other a banana.
Songs included pirate odes as well as general pop punk fare, such as
“Call Me Billy Bradley”, a catchy song that still reverberates in my
head. Oh—and the singer’s mom was there—so many extra points for them. - 95.5 WBRU

"95.5 WBRU Rockhunt Review"

To put it simply, I was not ready for Friday night’s Rock Hunt Semi-Finals at Club Hell.
The Intel started it off strong, with a mosh pit forming just
minutes into their set. This was somewhat surprising considering the
pop punk sound of their Rock Hunt submissions, but you have to give
credit to a band that knows how to translate what sounds good on a
recording to what works better in a live show. The energy bouncing back
between the band and the audience was great. Their fans seemed to love
the harder rock and many eagerly joined in on the “who can mosh the
hardest” contest the lead singer proposed. If you missed this show, you
can catch them at their next Club Hell show on April 14th."
