The Jagged Violet

The Jagged Violet (formerly Miss Nic Nevet) are a bluesy four piece from the east coast of Scotland. Their musical style is probably best described as Americana with lots of slide guitar, harmonica and a combination of blues, country and folk melodies. Influences include Neil Young, The Dead Weather and Sheryl Crow. They have just released their first EP called Wands and are embarking on a Scottish tour.
