Kinda' Good  released August 2014

Bio

We have been playing on and off for about four years now. We are looking for a record deal. Playing music is not our full time job so its slow going. Our first  independent album Kinda' Good (                                                                                   ) was released in August of 2014. The title track Kinda' Good is an improvised jam recorded on a jam box. I put this on the release to show the ability of the band to listen and follow one another.... something that is not as common in bands  as you might think it should be. From this chemistry we hope grow as a life band. Our influences include Santana and the Allman Brothers Band and we take their organic approach and mix in the more complicated meanderings of Rush and the like.

This was recorded in my basement and is fine as a demo but we are not happy with its over all sound. We are looking for a more polished professional sound and anyone who has the vision of where this can go and the means to bring it about you can contact us at:

There is no shortage of new songs... over 30 songs in various stages of completion. We will be releasing our next album in the early Spring of 2015.

The name of the band comes from  Jimi Hendrix live at Winterland 68. As Hendrix is announcing the next song; the cover of Sunshine of your love, he says "Ya we're not saying that we can play it better then them. It's just that their some groovy cats and this is gonna be a instrumental jam scene type of thing" The name Jam Scene fits the spirit of the band...Open and improvisational but with structure. Incorporating the nuances of Jazz, the soul of Blues and the hardness of Classic Rock
