Biography

The Jeremy Hearn Band was formed in 2005, but the heart for this group was around years before. Lead singer and songwriter Jeremy Hearn began his music career in 2001 as the sole worship leader for K-Life Youth Ministry in St. Petersburg, Florida. With just a microphone and an acoustic guitar Jeremy led middle and high schoolers in song each Tuesday night. In 2004 drummer Chris Toomajanian joined Jeremy at K-Life. With the addition of good friends Ryan Williford (Lead Guitar) and Tim Williford (Keys) shortly after, the idea for a Christian Rock band was created. Soon the band invited Keith Johnson (Bass) on board and the band was complete. The Jeremy Hearn Band was not, however, the first opportunity for these guys to play music. All five band members had been leading worship at their own churches since 2001. Together these five guys have a mission to write upbeat Christian Music that stays true to the heart of worship. Mixing the styles of John Mayer, Chris Tomlin, and Dave Matthews, The Jeremy Hearn Band has created a fresh sound for Christian music. The Jeremy Hearn Band has performed at conferences and benefit concerts around the state of Florida. They have shared the stage with artists such as Bryan Edwards and Story Side: B. Currently, The Jeremy Hearn Band is writing and recording songs and looking to where God takes them in the coming years.
