Formed in 1989 by Steve Berndt & Kurt Walther, The Jivewires have recorded 4 albums of original music and a 5th album of songs made famous by Louis Jordan. Inspired by early R&B artists like Louis Jordan, Cab Calloway, Stuff Smith, Winnonie Harris and more, The Jivewires is a seasoned act that has always included some of the best musicians in Canada and the current lineup is no exception!
