Tales From An (Almost) Normal Childhood (released: July 2010) is a collection of songs written and performed by Jonathan Gale, an Atlanta-based rock and roll singer/songwriter. The album was co-produced by the legendary Rodney Mills, who engineered and produced classic albums by the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Doobie Brothers, 38 Special, Atlanta Rhythm Section, and Journey among other platinum selling bands. The album features both rocking and acoustic music, with vocal harmonies, thoughtful lyrics and catchy riffs. There are also sound effects and other recorded bits throughout

Feeling a bit camera shy

The Jonathan Gale Band is an Atlanta-based original rock and roll band formed in 2008 with a desire to write and perform in the spirit of "purist" rock and roll from the late 60's and 70's. Five musically impassioned performers who put their heart and soul into each song and performance. Heavily influenced by the likes of the Allman Brothers, The Who, James Taylor, CSNY, and Led Zeppelin, our music features a deep-driving rythym section, a healthy balance of driving acoustic and electric themes - all supported by unique and incredibly tight three-part vocal male harmonies.
