Lyrics

Nothing Out Of Something

Written By: Craig Chesler

I got what you had coming by sticking around while you were running. But you will plead your case - I'll hear it from your second face. You make nothing out of something that I can't give away.

Walk straight and think narrow: mind the sting of Cupid's arrow. The devil winked and asked your age. You graced his well-lit stage. You make nothing out of something that I can't give away.

Hold tight and get nervous: you're waiting for self-service. I thought I'd drop a line - a cookie cutter valentine. You make nothing out of something that I can't give away.

All In All

Written By: Craig Chesler

After the ambling hand in hand
After the signature tune
After the sea tucks in the sand
There comes the all in all too soon

One for the sun and one for the stars
One for the man in the moon
One for the flowers in the jar
But all for all in all too soon

I make it easy to make it hard
I make a wish to fulfill
I make it easy to make it hard
I make believe what I will

After the flood and after the fall
After the swim and the swoon
After the writing on the wall
There comes the all in all too soon
