Lost in a haze of musty smoke and cheap beer, the music flows freely through the air,
Rusty guitar strings and battered drums skins, the microphone smells of stale beer,
Big beats,melodic riffs and sweet harmonic vocals,The Last Buskers are good old
fasioned indie rock n roll.
The Last Buskers formed in late 2008, with the memebers all having careers in other bands.
They decided they needed something new, and so The Last Buskers were born.
starting there practise sessions in a room in Dublins temple bar, they found the sound that
they were looking for, '' hard hitting, '' up-beat '' and melodic.
moving there practise session to Bray Co Wicklow they worked hard for what they wanted.
finally in early 2009 the members decided it was time to hit the studio.
they began working on three songs in Elektra Studios in Dublins temble bar.
''Same ol' weekend'' , The way that you do , and sweet sunset, where finally produced.
they recieved great reviews from critics and fan's alike, getting coupious amounts of
plays through there myspace site.
They have worked with music photographer Colm Henry,He spent a day with the band
taking some great shots.colm can credit his name to the likes of U2, Rory Gallagher,
Tom Waits,Elvis Costello, Thin Lizzy, Phil lynott, Aslan, Sting and so many
other musical icons.
In July 2009 The Last Buskers geared up for there first big show.
On the 25th of july the band took to the stage in Eamon Dorans in Dublin.
The band recieved a raptourious aplause making there mark on the irish music scene.
Playing venues such as; Eamon Dorans, The mezz, Whelans, and Brays very own Harbour Bar,
Just to name a few.,
they have recorded some new songs in silverline studios newtown mountkennedy
with a new bass player and female vocalist in the line up.
Great things are expected from this up and coming band and are the ones to watch.
with great gigs and other events lined up for 2010 these are the ones to watch.

Eric took an interest in playing guitar from an early age,
thought by his father he quickly learnt the basic's.
From there he enjoyed preforming live with guitar in hand.
Later on eric started singing and writing his own music,
his writing comes from the experiences of growning up,
and as life is now.
He has played in different bands and musical projects,
in 2008 he was aproached to front The Last Buskers.
He carry's the band with enthusiasm and carisma.
His songwriting is meaningful and up-beat.
And his vocal range is out-standing.

sarahs musical journey began in comhaltas ceoltoiri
were she learned to play bodhran, tin whistle and flute.
from there she studied irish traditional music in ballyfermot
college of further education.
However she left the college to presue her interests in musical theatre,
were she found her passion for singing and a passion to share a
large stage.
She later joined The Last Buskers in late 2009 and added
a great unique sound to the band, pushing the group forward
for sucess on the irish music scene.

(JONO'S BIOGRAPHY:)
Jono plays lead guitar and has played in numerous other bands.
he adds a unique melodic sound to The Last Buskers.
With guitar styles that reminise of johnny marr of The Smiths,
to John Squire of The Stone Roses, He brings a great feel to the band,
with sweet riffs and and a steady tone.
He also contributes his song-writing to the band,
with catchy lyrics and hard-hitting music that people love to hear,
and is sure to take The Last Buskers all the way.

Aron enjoys playing drums adabting to different styles very quickly,
he has the talent for playing unique beats and trying differrent styles.
A natural precussionist he has a love for playing the conga's
and has great rythem his drumming is second to none.
he has played in numerous bands along the years.
he joined The Last Buskers in late 2008 adding to there
great blend of acoustic rock.
