Bio
Bursting onto the Canadian music scene in 2006, The Late ’94s are a solid indie rock quartet delivering inventive, compelling songs.
Driven by lead singer Ryan O’Hagan’s raspy, earnest voice, The Late ’94s create powerful, honest rock through guitarist Tristan Knott’s flawless leads and the solid rhythms of drummer Mike Bond and bassist Mike Short.
Their debut EP, recorded and produced by Bond, captures the band’s energy and unique sound in seven catchy yet simple rock tunes. Ranging from the rock anthem “Cemetery Blues” to the softer, emotionally-charged “From a waiting room,” the band showcases its musical diversity and ability to craft strong and memorable songs. A second album is already in the works, ensuring that these four hardworking musicians will be a permanent musical fixture.
