Bio

The LC’s formed up officially in June 2010. None of us had a damn thing in common, other than the desire to make some noise and get up in front of people and show off. Backgrounds and history derived from experience in metal, punk, garage and indie…hell, even a glam band way back in time makes up the crux of what you hear from us today.

We’ve been recording and touring seemingly non stop since we started. The small bars, dives and clubs gave us a womb to ply our trade and cut our teeth, and we love those dark sweaty places. Festivals, charity benefits and state fair appearances helped us to realize just how much it means to be damn near as perfect onstage as we can possibly be.

Two studio EP’s, A live EP and a full length studio album make up our recorded history. Our first EP, ‘Keep The Faith Ya Filthy Animals’ was recorded entirely in a tool shed using jerry rigged recording gear. Our 2nd EP, ‘Meet Me In Perdition’ was our first experience as a band in a proper recording studio environment, and we went ‘big’ on the production. Our 3rd studio offering, ‘The Telling’ is our attempt to meld those two worlds and experiences into something as close to being at one of our shows as possible…while still getting a good sound, of course.

We don’t know what category you’d try to lump us into….but, we’d ask that you don’t try. Just look at each song as we do…as a story that stands on it’s own merit. In the end….it’s only rock n roll.
