The Lemon Lovers

The Lemon Lovers are João Pedro
Silva (guitar and vocals), Victor Butuc
(drums) and Andrés Malta (bass and
backing vocals). A family who want to
grow, a rock ́n ́roll trio that will make
you feel the scent of leather, will twist
your perception of time until the sweat
run through your face when you feel
our steps. Listen friends, the bitter
minds will grow, and you will want to
see!

Our first EP, “Hangover” came out in
April 2013. With this five track EP we
won a much larger audience. The
Lemon Lovers played more than 100
concerts in Portugal after releasing it.
We played in venues across all the
country, summer festivals and
academic weeks. Our music played on
important radios across all the country
like Antena 3, SuperFM, among others.

After months of touring we started
writing the debut album. Twelve
songs that will blow your mind. After
five pre-production sessions we
decided to record the album in
Madrid. We went to Madrid and
recorded the entire album in Reno
Estudios with Brais Ruibal González.
After the recording session we
decided that Brais would be the
perfect person to mix the album and
New York would be the perfect place
to do the mastering session.

If we had to describe our debut
album in three words would be:
loud, sexy and rude. At the
moment we are planning the Loud,
Sexy and Rude Tour with 45
concerts trough Europe: Portugal,
Spain, France, Italy, Austria,
Hungary, Romania, among other
countries.
