The Liam Ford Band is a solid rockaiblly band with an
extensive set list that "makes you feel so fine." The band draws it's influences from early rockabilly and from some more recent bands in the genre. Most requested are their tunes by Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Carl Perkins, Santo & Johnny, George Jones, Dean Martin and more. They also perform rockabilly versions of songs by The Beatles, Neil Young, John Denver, Stray Cats and others. Sprinkle in a few hot originals, and you've got a band that is musically sound, entertaining, and gets the joint jumpin'!
Liam Ford Band has performed before crowds of 3,000 people at Milwaukee's Summerfest (2007); also huge crowds at Wis. State Fair (2 shows, 2007), Bastille Days (2 shows, 2007) and many large and small venues across s.e. Wisconsin. Nominated for WAMI (state wide) Awards in 2007 and in 2008, the band is a sure crowd-pleaser with songs everyone knows. Their high energy show always gets the crowd dancing and singing along.
