Reggie Thomas , better known by his stage name The Loc or simply Loc, is an American rapper from Harbor City California. He is a part of the underground rap collective . The Loc first gained exposure on the Austin And L.a rap scene in 1998, when he made his rapping debut with a guest appearance on Qc's album Beach House With Lil Eazy And Games Artist Compton Menace And brother Big Fase 100/Daddy V From Compton and work with bad azz of dogg pound . In 2003, he began his solo career with the album Billion dollar Hustle .And has got a distrubition deal from sony music and univesal music and worked with BrickSquad/CokeBoys/Mmg/Warren G
