the Lotus Project (TLP) is vocalist/guitarist, award winning Scottish songwriter Marie Claire Lee and Icelandic percussionist Signy Jakobsdottir.
Their dark, dynamic unique sound can be described as a mixture of new age Dream Pop and ambient Dark Wave.

BBC RADIO SCOTLAND; MANNIFEST FESTIVAL; HMV PICTURE HOUSE(Edinburgh; Lock 17, the Bedford (London; and many other pubs and venues around the UK.
Other Stuff: TLP like pairing up with other creative outfits and can be found working with contemporary dancers (Scottish Dance Theatre), artists (DCA) and play writes (TLP have recently penned the score for an adaptation of Martin McDonaghs' The Pillowman.
