The Main Core Band has a combined tenure of over 30+ professional years playing in the DC Metropolitan area and within the United States with various groups. Each member brings their own unique style and seasoned flavor to their NEW home. We specialize in the recreation of the Soulful past artists and the artists of today.

What sets us apart from the other bands in the Washington Metropolitan Area is that we do not limit ourselves to a small genre of music. We expand our type of music to encompass what we know our audience will love to hear. When we practice, we put our heart & souls into every note. We are a group of talented individuals that will always stand out from among the rest as organized, focused and committed to excellence. Our band members bring their many years of playing & experience and with that we know that we will be successful in all that we do.
