The Manns Band

The story of The Manns is one of love, light, and joy. It’s the classic tale of boy meets girl and they lived happily ever after, all rolled into one big, happy musical family. And, as every fairy tale does, theirs begins with: “Once upon a time, under a star fruit tree…” The rest, the “happily ever after” part, is in full swing and all part of the joy they put into every performance. Dave and Gina Mann are very much in love and it shows. Their love story has been entertaining fans on Facebook since 2015, (@TheMannsBand #TheMannsBand #withTheManns), and The Manns are now fresh on the Orlando music scene taking their act from the family music room to the stage.

Dave Mann has performed all over Florida at more places than he can honestly remember, a list that includes major music festivals, theme parks, and many of the biggest venues in Central Florida. His musical projects span almost 30 years including accomplished Orlando bands like Pitch Blue Jam and funkUs and musical events called Jambando. He’s opened for legends, performed onstage, radio and TV with local, regional and national acts of all styles all over Florida and continues to play with funkUs and the occasional forays with Prison Wine, The Hot Lamps, B.TRuBoxMann, Eugene Snowden and The Legendary JC’s and now, The Manns Band.

Gina’s musical background comes from a deep love of music that began as the youngest of the Masters Sisters singing at churches and nursing homes in St. Augustine, FL. Ever since, she’s been no stranger to the stage having worked in the modeling industry for two decades and drawn to music events, often ending up onstage at some of the biggest concerts to come through Central Florida. A natural performer, she’s been known to join her husband onstage with funkUs and is a founding member of Orlando music supergroup, The Hot Lamps.
