We are a roots rhythm and blues band with a very strong influence from Hank Ballard.

Biography

The Medallions were started back in 1954 by a sixteen year old Vernon Green. They were known for their songs-Buick 59 and The Letter. The group performed until the passing of Vernon Green in December 2000. The group was reformed with a new group of singers and musicians in September 2006. Our sounds consists of roots rhythm and blues. We create the feel the way it should be done.It is toe-tapping and very rhythmic music.

Set List

We do 90 minute shows only. We are not a club band. Our sets include 15-20 songs.
