The Mess

The Mess

The Mess provides an alternative to the North County Music Community that has been dominated recently by metal bands. We strive to be different taking our influences and allowing them to influence us while staying away from becoming just another carbon copy.

The Mess hails from Northern San Diego with influences ranging from Weather Report to Nirvana to The Smashing Pumpkins. With an arsenal sound that can be linked to the Jazz-Fusion era, Grunge, Alternative, and Shoegazer eras, The Mess aims to provide music that will be able to stay with the listener days after hearing The Mess.
