"The Pretty Marx, Zac Harris, The Metropolise, Kinnie The Explorer @ Chords"

The Metropolise were next to hit the stage and what a mighty force they were. With the largest audience of the evening the band captured their attention with their vibrant attitude and hard-hitting sound. Chatting and joking with each other as well as the audience in between songs, this band have an explosive manner, making their set tense and tight. Combining their catchy chorus’s with clap along moments The Metropolise brought the audience and band together, breaking down that allusive barrier and creating that all important live atmosphere. Heading to the main stage at this years Endorse It In Dorset Festival, The Metropolise are one to look out for. - bh one

"Coming Of Age"

Headlining the night were The Metropolise. Throwing themselves into the music, they opened their set with lashings of rocky guitar riff's. Ben Lowe instantly capitulated the crowd with his roaring stage presence, the others there to back up his enthusiasm. With some new tunes their sound had a feisty, almost cruel edge to it as apposed to their classic singalong numbers. However, to keep things interesting one of the bands new songs had a soulful nature, working at a slower pace, it displayed a different approach for the ever evolving band. These guys are now heading into the studio in February... I look forward to hearing the results. - Stalky Music
