The Micah Walk Band is a 4 piece rock band based in the central Illinois area. The group consists of some of the finest musicians Illinois has to offer. Combine individual talent with great songwriting and shear chemistry and the outcome is extrordinary. Members of The Micah Walk Band have shared the stage with artists such as Switchfoot, the legendary Little Richard, Mark Geary and have toured the midwest extensively. Whether it is funky rhythms, great and tasteful solos, hard- hitting rock tunes or introspective ballads, this band has a lot to offer. They are influenced by Pearl Jam, Damien Rice, STP, Dave Matthews, Ryan Adams, Pink Floyd, John Scofield and NIN. The Micah Walk Band's more than 2 albums worth of original material makes for set lists composed of just that. Audiences enjoy only a few cover songs at the bands performances because the band's original music is so well-received. The band is constantly adding to their already sizeable following and is sure to be able to continue to do so at your venue.
