The Mimes are a trio consisting of some of Perths finest talent. With the skills to provide professional musical entertainment across a wide range of popular genres, The Mimes are devoted to setting the highest possible standard for every event.
The Mimes were originally established by singer/songwriter Rocket, formerly from Astronaut, who were WAMi Award winners in 2006 for Best Live Electronic Act - and Shaun Sibbes, the current drummer for Eskimoe Joe. Shauns busy schedule was the catalyst to introduce two additional members into The Mimes; Andy Manessis and Nicholas Jonsson - providing additional diversity and the required flexibility to fulfill The Mimes engagements.
Andy is an accomplished pianist and guitarist specializing initially in classical music and branching out into alternative rock and jazz. Nick, formerly from End of Fashion, brings a wealth of experience to The Mimes.
