From notebooks to dance floors, headphones to the big speakers; The Names Are Known are Hip Hop in exploration, equal parts time capsule, and time machine, set on preserving the here and now, with the dial firmly set forward. With the release of their debut album“To The People Of The Future” expected in 2013, The Names Are Known spent the past year (2011-12) preparing and gaining new fans at their weekly event KNOWNSaturdays @ Czehoski (Toronto). In the effort of growth, the duo has decided that there is no time like the present… Bare witness - The Names Are Known, and will continue to be.
