Bio
His aptitude for storytelling is highly accredited to his debonair style and dexterity. But the love and passion he has for music was instilled in the Narrator at the tender age of 8 years old, when he began playing percussion in the Sousa Middle School Marching Band. Once his mother saw his interest in music, she bought him a small keyboard, and the story began . I learned to play music basically by ear. My dad was in and out of my childhood, but when he was around we would sit together and make tracks and compose songs, before he died when I was 12. My ears naturally followed the instrumental side of music; the rhythm was always in my soul, even then. After college he became more serious about pursuing his passion, in part due to so many influential friends and associates encouraging him to make an effort at completing an album. As the Narrator began to delve deeper into the music of his favorite groups like the Wu-Tang Clan, The Boot Camp Click, Mobb Deep and solo artists like Redman, he began to see what made lyrics verses, verses songs, and eventually what differentiated good songs from great songs. In 2005 the Narrator made his modeling debut with an artist group named From Dreams to Reality. This breakout two day show was a hit, and the Narrator got to rock the crowd with his hit You Aint Gangsta featuring his cousin Dakashier. That show has lead to others, for both fashion and music. He founded Capital Punishment Inc., and with the help of investors began working to build a foundation for his career in entertainment. Recently signed to Skyline Records, The Narrator has expounded upon his musical, lyrical and performance quality; refocusing his talent and experience as a performer and artist.
