Bio
While attending Washington College (Maryland) Patrick played locally as a singer/songwriter idealizing reggae and folk legends. Rene grew up in listening to punk/classic rock in Southern California determined to work his way to east to be an artist. The two eventually met in the underbelly of the New York Art scene. They then moved to New Jersey to beat the high rents and build a studio that they could rehearse in ritually. Along the way they picked up fellow WC alum Matt Bray on drums and Mike Cades , an accomplished singer/musician who at one point rivaled Patrick on the local scene with his band Teru'ah. The amalgamation of raw talent, diverse backgrounds, and truck load of melody, has made The Never Home has put New Jersey back on the map.
