NorthernMost

The NorthernMost was formed when a group of three guitar students from the Atlanta Institute of Music decided it was time to put their education to use and form an original band, Rhett Shull, Carrick McClain, and Drew Hardel quickly enlisted the talents of drummer and fellow AIM student, Drew Smith and before long new music was being written and recorded. Our influences range from pop acts and bands like Matchbox Twenty and Train, to more Rock and Blues styles like The Black Crowes, Blues Traveler, and of course the classics like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and a number of others, too many to mention.

Whats unique about the NorthernMost is that we all come from a different musical background, and when it comes to writing and playing we are able to blend our different tastes, playing and writing styles to get something that is truly different and entertaining. Our drive is to take what we have learned through years of playing and music school and apply it to make solid music for years to come.
