The October Crisis takes many different influences, from The Mars Volta to Tera Melos, Meshuggah, Radiohead, Maps and Atlases, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Fall of Troy. We never try to pin ourselves down into any genre and are always evolving. Overall, The October Crisis plays music that is interesting and undiscriminating towards genre.
Harry Siegel is The October Crisis' guitarist and singer, responsible for writing the bulk of the material, he is 18 years old and currently attending Concordia University for Music
Steven Taddei plays bass in the band and is a definitive child prodigy at the bass. At 17 years of age, he has perfect pitch and provides an integral piece to the band.
Aidan Pine, 17, plays drums in the band. Aidan also has an interest in P.A and Recording equipment, Aidan recorded The October Crisis' self-titled album with his equipment in the basement of an Auto Body Repair Shop for $100.
