Currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Jai Green’s breath taking performance has landed him showcasing opportunities at various local events such as: Atlanta’s own Royal Peacock’s Open Mic Night, Georgia Perimeter College's Spring Fling and was also invited to perform at Howard University's Home Coming. Next Jai will be showcasing in Charlotte, NC at R&B Live home to such idols as Fantasia, K-Ci & Jo Jo and Anthony Hamilton. Jai Green’s mixtape sensation “My Love” which talks about his past relationships is currently in rotation on Tampa Bay’s own WBUL College radio where he was also a featured artist. ”My Love” also finished in the Top 10 on the Hip-Hop Charts at Ourstage.com. It was ranked 2nd in the Southeast and 1st in Georgia. Jai’s 1st single “Imagination” is a definite Noise maker. Combing the hit making “Pop” sounds of today mixed with catchy lyrics and a smooth delivery, it’s no wonder why this track is banging radio waves in 5 states in the southeast including Georgia.
Currently working as an A&R Intern for Rowdy Records/D.A.R.P. Inc. Jai Has been blessed to be around and or in sessions with artist such as: Dallas Austin (Owner of Rowdy), Dj Green Lantern, Short Dawg, Chilli & T-boz of TLC, Sammie plus countless others. Jai is taking the opportunity only given to a select few to prefect his talent and get noticed. Always carrying his demo on him he lets a few other interns critique his music as well as some Rowdy employees. “I won’t take “NO” for an answer” Jai says. So far his hard nose tactics are working in his favor. Recently he was asked by Mr. Southern Smoke himself “Dj Smallz” to do an intro for his Syndicated “Southern Smoke Radio Show”. We can expect to see more of this fresh faced emcee in the near future.
