Proving that the second time around is a charm is the task at hand for PureDrama Entertainments Soul/R&B phenom Theo Mill$. " This is my second time around, so I got to make it work. My time is now," states the charismatic Mill$.

A native of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Ted Allen a.k.a. Theo Mill$ is no stranger to the music industry. He was the lead singer of the group Lejice, which had a regional hit single in early 2000. " We were young and didn't have any experience. We got caught up in label politics, and the project didn't do well as it could have."

An excellent singer/songwriter/producer/musician, the versatile Theo Mill$ combines hot musical arrangements with modern, hip-hop inspired beats to create a rich collection of ballads and up-tempo R&B tunes. His lyrical concept is to take an illuminating storytelling approach. Among the greatest love stories told, his songs have a beginning, middle and end that leave a lasting emotional impression. " All of my material is about familiar situations that young men and women go through when dealing intimately with each other," Mill$ remarks. "And although every real life scenario on the album isn't autobiographical, they each have special personal meanings for me that I hope people who get into the album will also recognize and relate to."

True to his Southern heritage, Theo Mill$ is a laid back, down-to-earth individual who is always fashionably groomed. Quite reserved in his demeanor, but aware of his surroundings, this articulate young man is ready for stardom. Raised by good parents Mill$ has a tremendous upside to his career. " Theo is a great entertainer," states PureDrama Entertainments Derrick Williams, " He is special, and when listeners get a chance to experience his sound they will hear the gift that Theo has."

When it's all said and done Theo Mill$ will be one to watch. Theo Mill$ debut solo album is slated for a Summer 2006 release. His first single magazine is making it’s round to radio in early 2006.
