When I saw THEO play for the first time, I immediately liked their energetic presence, fun sound and great harmonies. But when they pulled out an awesome cover of "Come Pick Me Up" by Ryan Adams, complete with harmonica... now THAT was impressive! I'm looking forward to the next THEO show for sure.

Bio
The main songwriting team of Brett Deardorff and John Scott came together years ago while in college. In 2007 the current line-up was formed when Dana Sutter and Kevin Lunn brought their sought after rhythm section to the band.
After perfecting the new line-up, Theo entered a local Chicagoland battle of the bands and won the coveted crown. After this accomplishment they spent time in the studio working on their current EP.
Theo is currently booking for a summer/fall midwest tour in support of the EP. Throughout the spring of 2008 they have been playing to sellout crowds and standing room only shows. Most recently, Theo has been competing at Ourstage.com finishing in the top 20 for CMJ, Rothsbury, and Indie Pop categories against thousands of bands from across the country.
