The Pearls of Philadelphia

In 1998, the spirit moved upon evangelist Rosalie Long (Founder) to bring the word of the Lord through the gift of song. Several friends & relatives were gathered to form this unique group, “The Gospel Pearls of Philadelphia”. The group is comprised of five members, who believe God's name is to be praised. We have sung on programs with: The Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Gospel Keynotes, Lee Williams & The Spiritual QC's, The Dixie Hummingbirds, The Soul Stirrers, The Sensational Nightingales, The Swanee Quintet, The Gospel Disciples, and Tommy Ellison & The Five Singing Stars. God has blessed us to provide inspirational and uplifting songs of praise from Chicago, to The Academy of Music in Philadelphia. We believe in God, and his promise of abundant life.

Through our music we want to enlighten souls and our salvation within Christ. Therefore, keeping our faith in God; realizing, with Christ we can do all things.
