The Peds are a bad ass punk band from New Jersey. They play old school punk and bring punk rock back to the punks. The days pf corporate punk rock are over with the upcoming release of the Peds first album "False Alarm." "The Peds are Joe (Vocals and Lead Guitar), Matt (drums), and James (bass). Their new album takes you on an trip through the the most white trash part of New Jersey, with punk rock non-hits like False Alarm, Anarchy is Stupid, The Spades Gang, and more. Also there is a song called Homemade Skateboard, which is a tribute to Duane Peters. Lead singer/Guitarist Joe says "Duane is one of the Peds most major influences . That guy is a legend in my world, you gotta hear his warstories, first guy to do the deathloop, incredible, as a skater and singer for the bombs." Other influences include NOFX, GBH, Last Resort, Pennywise, Minor Threat, and a lot of others. Peds are definately a real punk band, that brings back the ass-kickin spirit of the good ol' days.
