I am reminded of what the Don Sebesky Big Band did for Rock back in the 1960s'. The compositions set in the big band element with the young people's House music is a wonderful meld of Jazz and Dance. A highly enjoyable recording with a lively, bouncing, pacey style of Big Band playing which is an increasing rarety in this day and age. Super melodic and tuneful arrangements and refreshing new compositions are enhanced by quality and talented Musicianship of the highest order.

The pepper pills big band is a surprisingly temporary band,creating their own musical world,so avoiding the traditional big band sounds. In particular the trombone section is impressive.reminds me of the great trombone sections of the stan kenton orchestra's. This CD is so great. People need to have thic CD you their collection.
