The Phantom Light
www.myspace.com/thephantomlight
Ethereal, slow-paced dream pop from a Swansea trio whose floating synth and echoey guitars with some other worldly vocals fall between vintage ‘50s Phil Spector wall of sound, reverb-drenched shoegazing and emotive Mary Chain at their most haunting. - www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk

"Introducing..."

"Welshmen The Phantom Light create some irresistibly soothing outer-space melodies and pepper them with grains of trip-hoppy electronica. This mixed with some seriously old-school sounds - strings, keys, woodwinds... and voices that float - results in... beautifully enhanced gazer-fare that stays true to its roots while simultaneously appearing unmistakably modern. Nothing you'll regret listening to." - Vesper (Ambient Airwaves, March 2010) - Vesper - Ambient Airwaves
