The Press Play Lifestyle Group is here and ready to bring you something you've never heard before. The group has musical backgrounds ranging from Rnb, Soul, Rap, Rock, to even Acoustic. This young and focused group consists of five undiscovered talents, two vocalists; Just. and JmorE, and three emcees; Brelynd, Kflo, and C.jay. It seems they have come up overnight; however, a lot of work behind the scenes is the reason for their success so far, from recording in the studio, to hitting up clubs talking to owners and promoters, to exhausting all resources and networks. All of the persistency paid off and has led them to; performing in local clubs, to larger well known venues such as; Le Skratch (Oshawa) and Revival Bar (Toronto) to local colleges (Durham), a radio interview with world renown Dj Carl Allen on 92.5 CKLN fm, and opening for Rich Boy and Choclair. Although they do a lot of work outside of the studio, it all comes back to the music, Just states, “Our main goal with our music is to create something positive and consistent, and never make the listeners wait for the next track.” Currently recording the final songs for their self-titled debut album, The Press Play Lifestyle Group, you can expect to see appearances from artists outside of the group as well. The general misconception about The Press Play Lifestyle Group (PPLG) is that they are a “boy band” which could not be further than the truth. They are more of an independent record label, they do not perform together all the time.
